大家好!我是來自人保財(cái)險(xiǎn)九江市八里湖支公司的某某某，今天非常榮幸能站在這里與大家交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
也許是自己太鐘情于保險(xiǎn)事業(yè)，也許是自己出于對人保的熱愛，也許是自己很享受公司的良好工作氛圍，彈指一揮間，十四年的人保生涯在不知不覺中度過。在這十四年里，我從初來駕到作為公司的一名普通司機(jī)，逐漸成長為公司一線的展業(yè)人員，直到今天成為公司的業(yè)務(wù)骨干，我無不對公司懷著一顆感恩的心。是人保公司幫助我人生的歷練，是人保公司體現(xiàn)出我人生的價(jià)值，是人保公司給了我人生的舞臺(tái)。
當(dāng)今天我與各位公司精英一起站在人保財(cái)險(xiǎn)這個(gè)大舞臺(tái)的時(shí)候，欣喜之余確是感慨萬千，我贊嘆人保為中國民族保險(xiǎn)業(yè)做出的杰出貢獻(xiàn)，贊嘆人保在九百六十萬平方公里的土地上培育了一代又一代的精英。成功路上我們?yōu)⑾铝撕顾?，但我們不?huì)忘記是人保這塊土壤給了我們養(yǎng)份。每次有與公司同仁交流的機(jī)會(huì)，總會(huì)有新的感觸，總會(huì)對生命、對保險(xiǎn)、對自己走過的路有新的領(lǐng)悟。十四年來，我始終把自己當(dāng)作一名戰(zhàn)士，始終把成為人保財(cái)險(xiǎn)軍營的好戰(zhàn)士作為自己的理想和追求。現(xiàn)在我就向各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同仁匯報(bào)下我的心得。
我主要說說我在展業(yè)方面的心得。首先我認(rèn)為全心投入是開啟成功之門的鑰匙。做保險(xiǎn)既容易又不輕松，關(guān)鍵是你是否用心在做。營銷職場曾掛過這樣的口號重復(fù)一百次就是成功。初入公司時(shí)，我也這么去做，以為不斷地拜訪即可創(chuàng)造業(yè)績。其實(shí)不然，精疲力竭之余帶回來的是拒絕，消耗的是希望。我絞盡腦汁，分析問題所在，發(fā)現(xiàn)逢門便進(jìn)、毫無準(zhǔn)備、對客戶情況一無所知的拜訪是行不通的。后來我在拜訪客戶之前，盡可能多地搜集、整理、分析客戶的企業(yè)性質(zhì)、行業(yè)狀況、產(chǎn)品前景、效益情況、主要人員背景等等，然后再判斷其是否可作為目標(biāo)客戶拜訪。機(jī)會(huì)是屬于有準(zhǔn)備的人的。只有全心投入，才能捕捉到市場機(jī)會(huì);只有善動(dòng)腦筋，才能利用好機(jī)會(huì)。
每次外出進(jìn)行展業(yè)，我想營銷員是公司的先鋒兵，是代表公司形象的體現(xiàn)，一定要牢記公司文明禮貌用語，按照公司儀表要求著裝，把公司的良好形象傳遞給客戶。
當(dāng)然這么多年的展業(yè)生涯，免不了遇到不少挫折，免不了遇到客戶不理睬，免不了遇到客戶不信任，但我不會(huì)向困難低頭，我相信勞動(dòng)的付出會(huì)有報(bào)答，我相信最美好的詞就是自信。我每周都給自己下計(jì)劃，按計(jì)劃一家家單位去宣傳，業(yè)務(wù)也有大的進(jìn)展。每當(dāng)我簽下一張保單，我的心情特別高興，面對競爭激烈的市場，能得到客戶的信任，能給客戶帶來方便的同時(shí)，自己也覺得很充實(shí)。十四年來，我堅(jiān)持這樣做攻下了許多堡壘，同時(shí)我還與許多客戶交上了朋友。
公司的企業(yè)文化對我的影響也非常大。通過學(xué)習(xí)企業(yè)文化，使我由一個(gè)沒有從事過保險(xiǎn)業(yè)，沒有朝氣的我轉(zhuǎn)變成朝氣蓬勃、積極進(jìn)取的人，公司發(fā)展了，員工才有好的未來。企業(yè)文化也無時(shí)無刻都在激勵(lì)著我，使我感到青春、主動(dòng)、進(jìn)取，要對事認(rèn)真，對人感恩，對物珍惜。朋友也感到我的變化，說我比以前有涵養(yǎng)，又年輕了，在這個(gè)變化中也給公司形象進(jìn)行了傳播。
今年金融大環(huán)境遇到了百年一遇的危機(jī)，一些歐美的老牌投資銀行紛紛倒閉，作為多米諾骨牌效應(yīng)，保險(xiǎn)業(yè)在金融產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中受到影響在所難免。更大的影響在于金融危機(jī)對實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，一些客戶的企業(yè)運(yùn)作出現(xiàn)問題，甚至有出現(xiàn)了倒閉現(xiàn)象，這直接關(guān)系的到我們企財(cái)險(xiǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展;經(jīng)濟(jì)的蕭條也對物流業(yè)產(chǎn)生重大影響，這就給我們帶來的我們的貨運(yùn)險(xiǎn)市場帶來了一些擔(dān)憂。事實(shí)表明資本市場上沒有不可能發(fā)生的事，對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范，我們要始終采取更為審慎的態(tài)度。
面對金融危機(jī)我覺得我們要做的就是繼續(xù)積極的面對工作，不要被金融危機(jī)所嚇倒，做好了我們每個(gè)人自己的本職工作，公司的運(yùn)作就能穩(wěn)步進(jìn)行。面對金融危機(jī)我們還要加緊學(xué)習(xí)，了解危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的原因，學(xué)習(xí)化解危機(jī)的辦法，使金融危機(jī)對自己業(yè)務(wù)的不良影響降到最低。

good morning! i am very glad to be here to share my college life with you 。
two years ago, i came into this city of and started my college life ， the most memorable journey of my life. i was just a shy and little girl that time. all the things seemed fresh to me: new faces, large library and physics lab etc. i breathed the air of college greedily, i was curious about everything.the class given by the teachers are excellent.they provide us with information not only from our textbook but from other sources as well.i actively involved in student union and varies of association. but soon i realized that i do not make full use of my spare time ，so i got a part-time job to help a junior student with math lessons besides,i also took part in activities concerning public welfare. we taught the kids there who could not afford school, i was deeply touched by their eagerness to learn, the precious experience with the poor kids made me aware of the responsibility on the shoulders of us--future teachers. the enrichment of experience taught me the significance of modesty,responsibility,tolerance,and perseverance.
and now i have been here two years. recalling to the two years, i think i have to talk about one thing--learning. learn how to study independently, learn how to get along with others, learn to love, learn to… oh, there are too much things we have to learn.
comparing with senior high school, college is a rather different place. there aren’t so many people to watch you and guide you how to do something any more, neither are there so many students who share with you one dream. in college, you must think and study yourself, so you have to learn and practice to control yourself.
another relationship in college is friendship. my roommates have lived two years with me. in these years, they forgive my faults, cry with me, laugh with me, play with me… they always stand with me and support me, i have learned a lot from them. i love them all and treasure the friendship with them.

夏天來了，小花開得艷麗極了，小草長得更壯實(shí)了，樹木也長得蔥蔥蘢蘢，就連可愛的同學(xué)們也長高了。漂亮的蝴蝶在花叢中翩翩起舞，而勤勞的小蜜蜂也在花叢中忙碌地采著花蜜。
秋天來了，大樹爺爺身上的葉子一片一片地往下飄落，我們可以利用這些千姿百態(tài)、顏色不一的落葉來做剪貼畫。小草和花兒都漸漸地枯萎了，慢慢地變成土黃色的了。
冬天來了，雪花漫天飛舞，操場上再也看不到小花、小草的身影了，操場好像披上了一件潔白的外衣。只有堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的樟樹伯伯頂住了嚴(yán)寒，同學(xué)們也加上了厚厚的羽絨服，下課嬉戲的時(shí)候才感覺到身上暖烘烘的。

i usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. then i do morning exercises in the playground. at 6:40, i have my breakfast. you can see many students and teachers in the dinning room. after breakfast, i often read english with my classmates.
we have six classes every day. the first class begins at 7:50 am. i like all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. my favorite subject is english, so i join english corner every week. i can speak english with many other students there. it's very interesting and exciting. i think it's helpfulfor me to learn english well. after class, i always play games with my friends. we play soccer ball,basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and so on. they are very relaxing.
i like my lessons, my friends and my teachers. in a word, i love my school. i find my school life more and more meaningful and colorful. my school life is wonderful, isn't it?
