其次,由于現(xiàn)在物價(jià)上漲很快,但工作強(qiáng)度沒(méi)有降落,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日益加大,醫(yī)患關(guān)系日益緊張,而工資仍是五百塊錢(qián),卻沒(méi)有上漲,而加班費(fèi),值班費(fèi)等卻被取消,我們的生活很艱巨,連自己都難以贍養(yǎng),我失去了積極性,如果我再這樣上班,我怕難免會(huì)出醫(yī)療事故,或者是意外,給醫(yī)院造成不必要的喪失,所以我申請(qǐng)辭職!

第三點(diǎn),你以前曾經(jīng)對(duì)我承諾,今年底你給我編制,但成果卻讓我深感意外,一個(gè)收費(fèi)的來(lái)醫(yī)院工作不夠半年,卻得到了編制,這讓我心里很不爽,其實(shí)讓醫(yī)院每個(gè)人都很不爽,你這是大公無(wú)私嗎??我不知道你從中得到什么利益或是被什么權(quán)利所要挾,但你總得有個(gè)交待啊!!你這種說(shuō)話都不算數(shù)的人,在大家面前沒(méi)有什么威望可言,怎么會(huì)給醫(yī)院帶來(lái)發(fā)展,所以我深感危機(jī),工作沒(méi)動(dòng)力,感到這個(gè)處所不再合適我發(fā)展,所以我決定向您辭職!
