為了吸取名師緘默性知識(shí)，近距離、全方位觀察、感悟名師的教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)行為和教學(xué)效果，按照南京市“影子教師”培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，我們一行10人來(lái)到上海市靜安區(qū)第一中心小學(xué)開始了為期一周的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。
回想這一周，我也真心的感激上海市靜安區(qū)第一中心小學(xué)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師對(duì)我們學(xué)員的熱情關(guān)懷和照顧，使我們這一周來(lái)的每一天都有新收獲，每一天都在感知、感悟、感激中得到充實(shí)。異常要感激李黎教師，在她的虛心指導(dǎo)下，我學(xué)到了很多知識(shí)，使我對(duì)新課標(biāo)教學(xué)有了更深刻、更全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。現(xiàn)將影子培訓(xùn)情景作以小結(jié)：
一、初來(lái)乍到，感受名校光輝歷史。
初來(lái)上海市靜安第一中心小學(xué)，我們一行10人受到了張敏校長(zhǎng)及教師們的熱情接待。張校長(zhǎng)和我們作了短暫的交流，我們了解到上海市靜安區(qū)第一中心小學(xué)，由著名教育家陳鶴琴先生創(chuàng)立于1930年，是其“活教育”思想的實(shí)踐基地。陳先生的全體教工的教學(xué)出發(fā)點(diǎn)始終以孩子的發(fā)展為本，在課程建設(shè)、師資選擇等方面均有所建樹。學(xué)校歷來(lái)有“愛(ài)國(guó)愛(ài)?！钡墓鈽s傳統(tǒng)，地下黨員、提高人士在教師中占了很大比例，不少同志在解放后走上了政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位。解放后，學(xué)校秉承鶴琴先生的辦學(xué)思想并將其不斷發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。1954年，即成為上海市首批重點(diǎn)小學(xué)，在教育改革的各個(gè)階段發(fā)揮了領(lǐng)頭羊的作用。

二、參觀“小公民樓”，領(lǐng)略名校德育理念。
這次來(lái)靜安區(qū)第一小學(xué)最讓人驚嘆難忘的經(jīng)歷是參觀該校的小公民樓。驚嘆于在寸土寸金的上海市中心，學(xué)校竟然能利用有限的空間來(lái)做出一件無(wú)限的事情;難忘于小公民樓中的各專用室場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)、布置、使用。在參觀學(xué)習(xí)中我們深深體會(huì)到靜安一小無(wú)處不在踐行著建設(shè)有滋有味的課程，建設(shè)有情趣味的課堂，開展有聲有色的活動(dòng)的先進(jìn)德育理念。
三、拜師名師，學(xué)習(xí)名校教學(xué)理念。
在培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)中，學(xué)校安排了有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的骨干教師，采用一幫一的形式，對(duì)口到個(gè)人。我們和指導(dǎo)教師李教師一塊兒，就教材解讀、課堂教學(xué)、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研修。從學(xué)習(xí)課標(biāo)、了解教材體系、通讀整冊(cè)教材到細(xì)讀本節(jié)教學(xué)資料;從明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教什么、怎樣教、為什么這樣教到具體安排哪種教法、學(xué)法;使我進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)了新課程的發(fā)展方向和目標(biāo)，反思了自我以往在工作中的不足，縮短和填補(bǔ)了理論指導(dǎo)和現(xiàn)實(shí)教學(xué)中的差距和矛盾。
李教師還將自我的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)一點(diǎn)一滴、毫無(wú)保留地與我一齊分享。她耐心的指導(dǎo)我如何寫好課后反思，指導(dǎo)我如何備寫教案。在她的細(xì)致指導(dǎo)下，我還成功地在第一小學(xué)上了一節(jié)公開課，在此我再次感激李黎教師，湯鈺教師的無(wú)微不至的照顧。
三、參與研修學(xué)習(xí)，內(nèi)化名校教學(xué)研究。
經(jīng)過(guò)研修學(xué)習(xí)，我認(rèn)識(shí)到在英語(yǔ)課堂上要重視學(xué)生的參與。那里的教師幾乎每節(jié)課都采用團(tuán)體備課，每節(jié)課都有課后研討，她們認(rèn)為知識(shí)是學(xué)生自我感悟出來(lái)的，教師只起引導(dǎo)和幫忙作用。所以，為了集中學(xué)生的注意力，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣，他們?cè)谡n堂上還精心設(shè)計(jì)提問(wèn)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生時(shí)時(shí)處于主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)、思考的。狀態(tài)。從而使我真正感受到什么是有效的課堂。
真是十分幸運(yùn)，我們此次還參加了第一小學(xué)組織的市校本教材家常展示課。教師的上的課精彩紛呈，市教研員朱教師點(diǎn)評(píng)幽默風(fēng)趣，淺顯易懂。這次活動(dòng)中讓我感受到靜安小學(xué)在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)理念上的先進(jìn)，以及自身的不足。也為我自我準(zhǔn)備回校進(jìn)行的課外閱讀教學(xué)指明了方向。
經(jīng)過(guò)和教師們一段時(shí)光的深層接觸后，我才明白，他們的教學(xué)藝術(shù)從何而來(lái)，是時(shí)光，是精神，更是同事之間的互幫互促，更是他們的自我反思;她們的教學(xué)質(zhì)量從何而來(lái)，是辛勤，是耐心，是無(wú)怨無(wú)悔的奉獻(xiàn)。那里的教師工作量很大，班額也很大，工作時(shí)光又長(zhǎng)，加上批改作業(yè)、輔導(dǎo)、備教案等，幾乎沒(méi)有一分鐘閑時(shí)光，但他們依舊勤勤懇懇，細(xì)致認(rèn)真，從不馬虎。反思自我，我不覺(jué)汗顏。
