on january 24, li na won over sharapova in the women' s singles final. this is the third time that li na has gone into the grand slam finals. once again, on january 26, li na went against a new opponent name azarenka. on that day of the game, li na was in the leadin the first inning, but during the second inning, she accidently fell down twice. people were shocked and sad about how she could not continue the game. but because of the people being worried, she doggedly continue the game, making the audience cheer and applauding her for her effort to continue her game. a t that time ,audience applauded foe her persistence.although she lost the game, her hard effort and insistency moved us and motivated us.
and this case also appreaded in tthe men singles final the next day. two opponents named murray and djokovic were against each other. due to the game, murray's foot had blisters that affected the way he played. the doctor had to treat his wound with medicine. as human beings, if we had blisters on our foot, we may feel a lot of pain and don't want to walk. however, as an athlete, murray had to withstand the pain and strive for the victory.

作為__車間的一名一線員工，我深知一線生產(chǎn)與安全的密切關(guān)系，因?yàn)槲覀冎苯咏佑|的是各種生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，各種化學(xué)原料，各種化學(xué)反應(yīng)。生產(chǎn)設(shè)備需要我們嚴(yán)格按照“sop”進(jìn)行操作，化學(xué)原料需要我們深刻的了解它們的脾氣秉性，熔點(diǎn)、燃點(diǎn)等物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)，而各種的化學(xué)反應(yīng)則更是高深莫測，它是我們生產(chǎn)出各種產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵，也是最容易出現(xiàn)安全事故的要害。而一旦發(fā)生事故，后果將不堪設(shè)想。所以，“安全生產(chǎn)”是我們企業(yè)永恒的主題，也是我們每一位員工心中時刻繃緊的警繩。

實(shí)習(xí)期結(jié)束，意味著我已經(jīng)是一名正式員工，而身上的責(zé)任也更重了。剛開始我被分配到縮還崗位，這個崗位接觸的化學(xué)原料較多，反應(yīng)過程需要嚴(yán)格控制，安全控制點(diǎn)也多，雖然我剛上崗，但是實(shí)習(xí)期時候師傅們的教導(dǎo)就全都用上了?？s還崗位的安全控制點(diǎn)中，最重要的就是化學(xué)原料“鉀硼氫”的安全使用，鉀硼氫是一種活潑的化學(xué)催化劑，可以加快反應(yīng)速度，所以在加入鉀硼氫的時候一定要嚴(yán)格按照sop的標(biāo)示量加入，并控制好反應(yīng)溫度，時刻觀察反應(yīng)進(jìn)行狀況，否則如果溫度過高，加入過快，反應(yīng)進(jìn)行的太劇烈，就會產(chǎn)生冒罐的危險(xiǎn)。而且，更加應(yīng)該注意的是，鉀硼氫如果與冰醋酸接觸會瞬間燃燒，而冰醋酸也是本崗位最重要的化學(xué)原料之一，它對人體的傷害很大，我們需要佩戴好防酸面罩，帶好防護(hù)用品，小心取用。而且還要注意它與鉀硼氫之間的接觸，一定要在鉀硼氫加完后確保罐口沒有殘留，避免加酸的時候與其接觸發(fā)生事故。鉀硼氫的安全使用，車間的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、組長以及師傅們總是會再三的提醒我，每次當(dāng)用到它的時候都會進(jìn)行安全喊話，提醒我注意，為每天安全的完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)護(hù)航，使我心中時刻都繃著安全這跟警繩不能放松。
